We needed to get bed-in-a-box skeptics to believe that Casper’s 100 night trial is a risk-free way to get the sleep of their dreams. With purchases as big as a mattress, people tend to do a lot of research, which can be anxiety-provoking to pull the trigger and stop.
So, we positioned the 100 night trial as a continuation of the research process, and brought it to life in a truly Casper way. Working with London-based animation artists, we developed characters in a world that reflected the brand’s updated ethos.
